Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized Accounts Manager to oversee our company’s financial health by managing budgeting and cash flow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a good understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company; full set of accounts.
• Manage payments to suppliers and receipts from clients/customers.
• Prompt and accurate updating of entries, records, bills, invoices and receipts in the accounting system.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and budgets.
• Ensure accurate updating and preparation of financial reports and statements for management during audit period.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards in Singapore.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experienced in managing full set of accounts, Oil and Gas industry preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Proficient in accounting software; we are using Info-Tech Accounting Software, preferred but not necessary.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting.
