Job description

Job Position: Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Handle full sets of accounts.
  2. Manage a group of companies comprising 6 entities.
  3. Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
  4. Review customer database and follow up on outstanding statements.
  5. Prepare business profiles for the group.
  6. Check import documentation for vehicles.
  7. Liaise with bankers and financial institutions.
  8. Assist directors with business plans and departmental implementation.
  9. Coordinate with local and international suppliers and customers (e.g., Yutong, Borneo).
  10. Engage with government agencies such as IRAS, Customs, MOM, CPF, and grants.
  11. Coordinate with colleagues and assist in responding to customer queries.
  12. Handle GST and CPF reporting.
  13. Calculate costing, leasing quotes, and vehicle quotes.
  14. Assist in sales and purchase agreement creation.
  15. Issue letters of credit and bank guarantees.
  16. Maintain banking facilities and prepare reports for bankers.
  17. Review documents before submission to directors.
  18. Train and guide staff on Zsoft system and procedures.
  19. Gather feedback from staff on Zsoft and liaise with system vendors for upgrades.
  20. Implement and train staff on system upgrades.
  21. Provide backup support in departments with manpower needs.
  22. Perform ad hoc duties and prepare reports as required by management.
Job Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of managerial experience.
  2. Experience leading a team of at least 5 people.
  3. Bilingual proficiency.
  4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy.
  5. Exceptional leadership skills.
