We are currently seeking a results-driven Accounts Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead client management and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and potential leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Suggest company services to maximize client satisfaction and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales and account status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories.

Issue Resolution

  • Assist with challenging client requests and manage issue escalations effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the marketing, events, or advertising industry is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong client relationship management and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple account projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective client campaigns.
