A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee full sets of accounts for a group of 6 entities. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing financial reporting, liaising with various stakeholders, and leading a team of staff. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accountancy and at least 5 years of managerial experience.

Job Position: Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts

• Manage a Group of companies of 6 entities

• Preparing Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditors

• Checking through Customers Database and follow up on Outstanding Statements

• Preparation of Business Profiles for the Group

• Checking of Imports of Vehicles documentations

• Liaising with Bankers and Financial Institutions

• Assisting Directors with Business Plans and implementation for all departments

• Liaise with Suppliers/Customers locally and internationally - Yutong, Borneo etc.

• Liaise with Government Sectors - IRAS, Customs, MOM, CPF, Grants etc.

• Coordinate with colleagues and assist on answering queries from customers

• GST and CPF Reporting

• Calculation of Costing, Leasing Quotes, Vehicle Quotes

• Assist in SA and PA creations

• LC and Bankers Guarantees issuance

• Banking Facilities maintenance and reports required by Bankers

• Checking of documents prior to submission to Directors

• Training and guiding staffs on Zsoft system and usage procedures

• Feedback from staffs on Zsoft and liaise with system vendors on system requirements/upgrades

• Implement and train staffs on system upgrades

• Backup on departments where manpower is required

• Adhoc duties and reports required by Management

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years of working experience in managerial positions is required for this position

• Prior experience in leading a group of at least 5 people

• Bilingual

• Minimum Bachelors or Master's in Accountancy

• Exceptional leadership skills.
