Tanlet Harbor Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to manage company accounts and maintain accurate financial records. You will handle invoicing, payment tracking and reconciliation to ensure timeliness and accuracy.

You will perform foreign currency exchange calculations, monitor rate differences, and coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal departments regarding payment matters. You will assist in monthly close and prepare basic financial reports to support management

Responsabilidades

• Manage company accounts and maintain proper financial records
• Handle invoicing, payment tracking and account reconciliation
• Perform foreign currency exchange calculations and monitor exchange rate differences
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal departments regarding payment matters
• Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly closing
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Liaise with banks, auditors and external parties when required
• Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and transactions
• Support administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management
