Job description

Location: Defu Lane

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, accounting documents, and reports

• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports

• Handle monthly payroll, CPF submissions, tax filings, and insurance matters

• Support external audits by preparing audit schedules and documentation

• Keep up-to-date with accounting, tax, and labor regulations, ensuring compliance

• Assist in general HR and administrative duties

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field

• Prior experience in Accounts, HR, Admin, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently
