Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to join their dynamic team. This dual-role position requires an individual who can effectively manage both financial and human resource functions. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks while also handling HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Responsibilities (Main 80%):

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Handle tax filings, statutory payments, and compliance with local regulations.

  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of all financial data.

  • Process payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments for employees.

  • Support the Finance Manager in audit preparation and other financial reporting tasks.

  • Maintain and update financial records and reports.

HR Responsibilities (Minor 20%):

  • Payroll (for around 15 employees)

  • Support the HR Manager in various administrative HR tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounts and HR.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
