Job Description & Responsibilities:

Accounts:

  • Manage full set of accounts, including P&L statements.
  • Handle payroll processing for all staff.
  • Calculate and disburse commissions for the sales team.
  • Issue and submit Purchase Orders (POs) promptly for the sales department.
  • Manage QuickBooks accounting system (experience required).
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payments tracking, and bank reconciliations.

HR:

  • Handle employee records, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update the company handbook and policies.
  • Assist in the recruitment process when necessary.
  • Support basic HR operational tasks and staff welfare initiatives.

Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth backend operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks like CRM updating and order documentation.
