About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detailed-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to join our A-Team. This is a full-time job. This dual role position requires an individual who can effectively manage both financial and human resource functions. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks while also handling HR functions.


Key responsibilities

Accounts responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling admin work, e.g. chase payment and accounts receivable.
  • Handle partial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and reconcile receipts and bank statements. Report on any discrepancies or issues to the Finance Manager.
  • Knowledge of GST reporting.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing annual financial statements and consolidated data, as well as other reports and analysis as required, such as month-end closing activities.
  • Participation in ad-hoc project, where required.
  • Perform any other finance duties as assigned.

HR and Admin responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process, for office, sales and technical roles.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearance.
  • Payroll support, including setup and maintaining the payroll system (Times Soft) to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
  • Assist in Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portals.
  • Participate in MOM, government surveys, etc.
  • Involve in implementation of HR processes and HR projects.
  • Support the HR Manager in various administrative tasks assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, HR or related field of studies.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP, or other similar systems.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Responsible, reliable, and meticulous, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
