Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Accounts (Full Set) cum HR located in Singapore.

You are responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions across several entities, including handling full sets of accounts such as accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Your duties include monthly account submissions, performing bank and inter-company reconciliations, monitoring AR ageing reports, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures. You also manage loan updates, create GIRO transactions, maintain administrative records, prepare online payments, and handle enquiries related to orders and other ad hoc tasks.

On the HR side, you oversee the entire recruitment process—from job postings to onboarding—and are proficient in preparing employment-related documents. Your role also covers payroll processing, leave management, and the administration of work pass matters. Additionally, you handle statutory submissions such as CPF, tax forms, government-paid leave claims, and employee queries, while maintaining accurate HR records and personal files.

Qualifications:

  • Min LCCI in accounting/ Diploma in HR Management or similar.

  • Min 03yrs experience in accounting background and 01yr HR related functions.

  • Experience in hire purchase, block discount, automotive industry preferred.
