Overview:
Country Club Client in Singapore is seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts & Finance Operations Officer to manage our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in accounts payable and receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, billing and payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Additional Details:
• Working Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, Mon - Fri
