A leading employment services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the general ledger, prepare financial statements, and perform GST reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a diploma in accountancy. Proficiency in SAP B1 is an advantage. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage, and reconcile the general ledger.
Manage, and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inter-company balances.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare income statements and balance sheets.
Develop and oversee cash disbursement processes and internal controls.
Generate monthly financial reports and analyze variances.
Handle GST reporting responsibilities.
Support the budgeting process.
Keep financial documents and records updated, including the computerized accounting system.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar function
Proficiency in SAP B1 is an added advantage
