Job description

Responsibilities :

• Manage monthly account closings and prepare financial reports
• Handle payment processing (cheques, GIRO, journal entries)
• Support invoice processing and maintain the cashbook
• Reconcile bank and supplier statements regularly
• Prepare and submit GST and withholding tax filings
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and the corporate secretary
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed
