A leading ship management company in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to manage full set of vessel accounts, generate financial reports, and respond to vessel owners' queries. Candidates should have a degree in Accounting or Business, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Strong commitment and Microsoft Office skills are necessary. This role requires timely completion of accounts according to owners’ specifications.
Responsibilities:
Full set of vessel accounts (Includes PO accruals, portage bill , Opex reporting, etc)
Generate Financial Reports
Respond to vessel owners' queries
Working fund request and calculations for deficit / surplus working fund
Complete the accounts in compliance with the owners’ requirements within time line
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Faculty
Minimum 1 year full set of accounts, experience in vessel accounting is an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
