Accounts Executive (Up $3500, Boon Lay)

Working hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 530pm), Sat (830am - 1230pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process daily wholesale delivery orders and returns; issue related invoices and tax documents.
• Monitor bank receipts, follow up on outstanding payments, and arrange cheque collection/deposit.
• Assist with inter-company billing and ensure accurate sales transaction recording.
• Prepare pivot tables and perform bank/payment reconciliations across all payment methods.
• Verify invoices, ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements, and maintain accounting records.
• Verify new suppliers' bank details for management approval.
• Support petty cash payments and monthly lease depreciation/interest calculations.
• Track lease agreement expiry, coordinate renewals, and ensure accurate accounting for lease assets.
• Maintain schedules for bank reconciliation and accounts receivable.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent Professional Certification.
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of ACCPAC software.
