A leading company in health technology is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive to manage their full set of accounts and support financial operations. The role involves handling bookkeeping, financial compliance, reporting, and audit coordination, requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Accounting or Finance and have significant experience in similar roles, as well as excellent communication skills.
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts and supporting the financial operations of the company, including reporting, tax filing, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling end-to-end accounting functions independently.
Full Set of Accounts & General Accounting
Responsible for handling the full set of accounts, including monthly bank reconciliation and journal entries.
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate data entry for all financial transactions.
Accounts Payable
Review and approve employee expense claims for reimbursement.
Coordinate with internal departments for necessary approvals related to payment processing.
Prepare payment vouchers and process electronic payments, cheques, and wire transfers for managerial review and approval.
Accounts Receivable
Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
Reconcile AR ledgers and maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communications.
Financial & Compliance Duties
Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed and maintained.
Handle corporate tax, GST, and XBRL filings.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly financial statements and management reports.
Arrange and conduct annual inventory counts.
Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits.
Provide general administrative support to management and undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
At least 4–5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and best practices.
Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and audit preparation.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural environment.
