Qualifications

  • At least GCE ‘O’ Level required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong proficiency in accounts receivable preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform data entry, document filing, and organize records

· Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners on operation matters

· Perform basic accounting duties including issuing invoices, managing cashbook, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and petty cash

· Support the accounts department with monthly financial closing

Job Requirement:

  • At least GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Strong proficiency in accounts receivable (AR) is preferred
  • Prior experience in the motor trade industry will be an advantage
  • Positive learning attitude and a strong team player
  • Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5-day work week
