A leading M & E Building Services company in Singapore seeks a Payroll Manager to handle payroll preparation and reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience in payroll processing, ideally with a background in the construction industry. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply, especially those available immediately.
Job Description
Established M & E Building Services company with many years of operations is inviting keen and dedicated candidates to apply.
Responsibilities
· Manage the full spectrum of workers’ payroll and all related matters in a high-transactional environment.
· Updating and verifying biometrics time-in and time-out to ensure payroll is accurate and completed within deadline.
· Coordinate with HR on wages preparation.
· Prepare wages allocation to projects, wages journals, inter-co billing and back-charges to third parties.
· Prepare IR21 for resignations and IR8A for income tax submission.
· Prepare payment and discharge vouchers for resignations.
· Prepare various payroll related reports.
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Min 3 years hands-on experience in payroll preparation.
· LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
· Proficient in MS Excel i.e. vlookup, pivot table, etc…
· Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
· Able to communicate effectively.
· Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Immediate or short notice candidates would be preferred.
