Job description

Our client is a Trading MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounts Executive to be part of their Accounts team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Town – easily accessible.

The Duties of Accounts Executive:

• Handle daily issuance of sales invoices and maintain invoice/payment registers
• Update daily sales and purchase records, including Physical, Paper, and Opex transactions, and perform monthly reconciliations
• Maintain and value monthly inventory records and fair value assessments
• Reconcile suspense accounts and ensure accurate reclassification of freight costs in the system
• Track invoice due dates to ensure timely payments and follow-up

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in Oil & Gas industry
