Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Singapore seeks an Accounting Support role for a maternity cover period of 12 months. As part of the Finance team, you will play a key supporting role to the Senior Accountant.

Job Duties:

· Performing monthly and quarterly account closing activities

· Preparing journal entries in accordance with accounting standards

· Compiling and preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports

· Supporting other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

· Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage
