INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting an Accounts Executive for a permanent role in Singapore.

The position is based in Kaki Bukit with a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri 8am–5.30pm, Sat 8am–12pm). The role offers a basic salary with additional bonus and involves handling full-spectrum accounting tasks for a manufacturing client. Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in Accountancy or Finance and have at least 1 year of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related professional field.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting functions including AP, AR, and GL entries and regular bank reconciliations.
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of meticulous financial records for data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Assist in efficient monthly, quarterly and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments and employee expense reimbursements.
