Are you looking to advance your career and join a talented and high performing Finance team across the Asia Pacific region? We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive who will work with customers, internal teams, and management, handling licensing agreements and order processing while ensuring compliance from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Ordering hardware and software including Subscriptions and Maintenance.
Coordination within the team on new sales
Update Internal Systems with new customer details
Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in the internal system
Provide assistance and early warning of such problems as cost greater than revenue, excessive charges, and potential penalties
Create a Project and job codes
Job set up and contract upload
Draft and generate customer invoices
Process approved credit notes
Record vendor invoices
Complete reporting requirements as set by the Manager
Update internal procedures
Ad hoc task as requested
What You Need to Succeed:
Technical Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience within a finance/admin department
Experience with a Managed Services Provider is preferable
Previous work experience with Microsoft CSP and SPLA licensing
Good understanding of technology
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word)
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced role
Qualification:
A business, commerce or accounting qualification would be an advantage, but not essential (or currently studying)
