Accounts Executive ( Inventory, Luxury Brand )

Job Description:

Industry: Luxury Brand

Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Good Remuneration Package

Responsibilities:

1. Checking of invoices and receipts daily and post purchase orders.
2. Submission of sales report to landlords.
3. Monitor inventory movement and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
4. Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
5. Conduct yearly stock count.
6. Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.
7. Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of inventory-related documents.
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as boutiques and operations to optimize inventory-related workflows.
10. Ad-hoc duties and tasks when assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in any discipline
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in inventory accounting
3. Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Experience in luxury retail would be advantageous
