Accounts Executive | Hybrid Work Mode (2 – 3 days / Week WFH)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a full set of accounts and perform bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis for different types of companies and businesses
  • Prepare and compile financial and management reports
  • Prepare, submit, and file GST returns for our clients
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit
  • Have relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax, handle simple tax computation, and liaise with IRAS if necessary
  • Supervise, review, and correct the work of junior accounting staff
  • Any other duties/tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Work experience in a CPA firm is an added advantage
  • Experience in handling various industries' accounting is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, AUTOCOUNT, XERO)
  • Must be initiative-driven, multi-tasking, able to work independently, hardworking, and meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Singaporean or P.R. only
