Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Account Receivables professional to manage daily transactions, reconcile data, and ensure timely payments from clinics and hospitals. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Finance or Accounting and be proficient in Excel, with experience in SAP as an added advantage. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting from a local Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Prior experience on SAP is an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day account receivables transactions including verifying and posting AR data.
• Reconcile AR ledger to ensure proper posting of payments.
• Facilitate payment reminders and resolve billing issues.

Job Description

• Perform day to day account receivables (AR) transactions, including verifying, classifying,posting and recording AR data.
• Process AR and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Reconcile the AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve hospital's/ clinic’s billing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals/clinics.
• Responsible for obtaining timely payments from clinics'/ hospitals within agreed paymentterms and reducing AR outstanding.
• Any ad-hoc matters as assigned by management.
• Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediatesupervisors.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Finance / Accounting from local Polytechnic or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheet
• Prior experience on SAP is an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication
