A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to maintain financial records and prepare various reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 5 years of full-set accounting experience. They will be responsible for asset management functions, coordinating corporate secretary tasks, and ensuring compliance with auditing requirements. This role demands a proactive self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following:
Maintain full set of accounts for the companies.
Review the accounting records
Prepare the management report, statutory report, analysis and reconciliation, forecasts for companies assigned in according with management and the group requirements.
Maintain assets register, run depreciation and amortization and perform related assets management functions as per company policy;
Furnish auditing documents per auditor’s requirements;
Responsible for the accounting file management for the companies assigned, including the historic files.
Coordinate the activities/documentation for the Corporate Secretary matters.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years of Full-set of Accounting experience
MS Office / SAP
Good understanding of General ledge Operations
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter, independent and pro-active
