A leading company is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Managers in monthly tasks, audits, and handling various accounting matters. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance, with a minimum of 3 years experience. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment with work-from-home options available.

Responsibilities:
· Assist Accounting Managers for monthly closing, auditing and so on.
· Assist to handle accounting matters related to one business unit
· Supports in electronic approval system user’s enquiries, change request, etc.
· Assist in various audits
· Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned
· Handle/Manage time to time requests from the Managers
· Assume other related supporting roles and duties which may be assigned, including the covering of other Finance & Accounting staff’s duties in her/his absence
Requirements:
· A Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
· Strong working knowledge of accounting/general ledger/book-keeping
· Ability to organize and prioritize work and possess good time management skills
· Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word/Excel-know V look-up & pivot table)
· Experience in using SAP is an advantage
· Ability to work independently and a good team player
· Able to communicate and work well with people at all levels
· Professional, independent, initiative and hands-on with a high level of commitment to deliver work on time
