A well-established Equipment Distributor Company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate should be able to handle full sets of accounts, prepare financial reports, and perform reconciliations. Minimum diploma in finance/accountancy and at least 2 years of experience required. The position offers a salary of up to $4300, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Able to handle full sets of ccounts - AR, AP, GL
• Prepare monthly financial reports to account lead
• Reconcile balance sheet items and prepare schedule
• Support online documentation into system
• Perform monthly bank reconcialiation and intercompany reconcilation
• Min Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Competent in Microsoft office and MYOB
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Others:

Salary: Up to $4300 depending on experience.

Working Location: Taiseng

Timing: Monday to Friday & Alt Saturdays 9AM - 6PM
