Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Keep full and accurate records and accounts of business transactions for 2 entities.
  2. Prepare the statement of accounts comprising Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet.
  3. Extract relevant figures to prepare a 4-line statement for filing Income Tax Return.
  4. Complete individual income tax returns or report income from business and other sources on behalf of the employer.
  5. Handle payment of withholding tax (if applicable).
  6. Manage daily operations including invoicing, receipts, and payments to vendors.
  7. Perform bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
  8. Compile full set accounts and prepare financial statements including Profit and Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and General Ledger.
  9. Lodge Annual Return and AGM documentation.
  10. Ensure local statutory reporting and tax submissions are completed accurately.
  11. Transfer payroll and submit payroll reports to external tax consultants for local tax reporting and BPJS reporting for Indonesia office.
  12. Compute payroll and prepare payslips.
  13. Verify CPF contributions.
  14. Update on new regulations from MOM regarding employment rulings and from IRAS regarding personal, corporate tax, GST, and withholding tax.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy or related qualification.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, well-organized, independent, and self-driven.
