Accounts Executive - Full Set - IMMEDIATE

Job Descriptions:

1. Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

2. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

3. Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.

4. Maintain and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.

5. Manage and maintain the fixed assets register.

6. Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

7. Review and verify staff expense claims and ensure adherence to company policies.

8. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties for audit and compliance matters.

9. Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

10. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

11. Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.

3. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, or ERP systems).

4. Strong Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office skills.

5. Knowledge of local financial regulations and GST requirements.

6. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

7. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
