Job summary

A leading company in fuel products is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team in Hougang. This permanent role offers work-life balance with Monday to Friday working hours, focusing on maintaining full sets of accounts, GST preparation, and month-end financial reporting. Ideal candidates should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, possess a diploma in finance, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in keeping a full set of accounts.
• Ability to liaise with Chinese clients who converse in Mandarin.
• Competent in handling financial reporting and audit schedules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL).
• Conduct quarterly GST preparation.
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules

• Quarterly GST preparation

• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents

• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline

• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in keeping full set of accounts
