Location: East Side, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position: Full time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end closing)
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks when required
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and tax (e.g., GST)
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
