Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting an Accounts Executive - Financial Reporting & Operations for Loyang. This role supports financial accounting, reporting and day-to-day finance operations for an established luxury manufacturing company.

From a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of relevant experience, you will handle month-end closing, reconciliations and reporting. Training will be provided for those without prior experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Accounts Executive experience.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process sales, purchases, AP, AR, inventory, accruals and prepayments.
• Reconcile customer and supplier balances.
• Prepare banking documentation and maintain accurate accounting entries.
• Generate cash flow, invoice, project expense, debtor/creditor and purchase reports.
• Support reporting for key customers.
• Guide new finance team members and ensure compliance with SOPs.
