Accounts Executive (Finance)

1. Financial Management:

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

1. Billing and Reconciliation:

• Generate invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Reconcile payments, identify discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding payments.

1. Record Keeping:

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records for auditing purposes.
• Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for financial documentation.

1. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budgetary performance and provide financial reports to management.

1. Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff, to address financial issues and improve processes.
• Communicate effectively regarding billing and financial matters.

1. Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and healthcare industry standards.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance procedures.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail & High level of accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
