Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily account payable (AP) in accounting system.

2. Review, verify and process invoices, payment vouchers.

3. Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, GST and audit matters.

4. Manage and ensure accurate and timely payment disbursement.

5. Maintain proper accounting records and filling.

6. Prepare monthly financial reports needed by the management.

7. Assist in handling, managing banking matters and ad hoc matters/projects.

8. Any other adhoc and related activities assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in handling accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.

3. Good bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.

4. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SAP is preferred.

5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
