The Stone Diaries Pte. Ltd. is seeking a candidate to fill dual roles in Accounting and HR. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing payroll, and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a degree in a relevant field, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
Accounting Role:
Prepare full set of accounts & Financial Report, including schedules
Prepare tax invoices, updates receipts and monthly SOA.
Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system
Quarterly GST submission and assist in preparation of annually corporate tax
HR Role:
Recruitment process and prepare employment contract
Handle payroll and leave management
Manage work pass renewals, applications, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
Process monthly payroll, overtime, claims and allowances.
Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.
