Job description

Posting for Accounts cum Admin

Address: 38 Jalan Buroh, #08-01 Singapore 619504

Working days: 5.5 days

Working timing: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 1.30pm (Saturday)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in daily finance operations (include payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions) including liaising with suppliers for purchasing transactions

• Assist in full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into accounting system

• Posting of month-end closing journal entries

• Perform month-end closing and audit schedule

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation

• Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission

• Maintain good documentation and filing system

• Assist in establishing internal control procedures to improve accounting process

• Perform ad-hoc task as assigned from superior

• Prepare and manage customer/supplier invoice billings for account receivables/payables.

• Handle staffs petty cash claims

• IR8A Submissions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have at least 2 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts and at least 2 years of audit experience

• Required skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and knowledge in using MYOB Premier is an advantage

• Able to multi-task work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities

• Able to commit within short period/immediate

• Data Entry, Issue payment voucher, calculate staff’s overtime

• Application, Issuance, Renewal of staffs work permit (MOM)
