Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on customer payments

• Prepare and issue Statements of Account and reminder letters to customers

• Provide timely updates on Accounts Receivable reports

• Distribute monthly Statements of Account to customers

• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Finance teams to address outstanding Accounts Receivable

• Participate in monthly Accounts Receivable meeting

• Create new customer accounts within the ERP system

• Manage the blocking and unblocking of customer accounts and sales orders

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Minimum requirement: GCE “O” Level Certificate

• Experience with SAP FI CO and Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ideally, candidates should have 1-2 years of Credit Control and Collection experience; However, we also welcome applications from candidates without prior experience.

• Demonstrates maturity, strong attention to details, effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written), as the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking clients and associates.

• Working Location – West area (Nearest MRT station – Joo Koon) - transportation will be provided from Joo Koon MRT
