Job summary

A Singaporean HR firm is looking for an accountant to manage full sets of accounts and handle cash flow management. Candidates should have a diploma in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience, ideally in the construction sector. Responsibilities:

• Maintain full sets of accounts.
• Issue AR invoices and prepare journal entries.
• Handle month-end closing and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for group of companies.
• Manage corporate secretarial matters
• Perform daily bank balance updates (treasury function).
• Prepare GST reports for manager’s submission.
• Oversee group control and compliance.
• Update group weekly cash flow.
• Maintain group IPT records.
• Handle group reporting.
• Manage company-level reporting matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in construction.
• Big 4 or similar firm experience is a plus.
• Preferably familiar with Sage 300.
• Proven experience handling full sets of accounts for multiple companies.
