Job description

Summary:

• Basic Salary up to $4500 + AWS + Bonus

• Central/North

• Construction / Automotive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), while maintaining accurate and organized financial records.

• Perform month-end tasks such as bank reconciliations, accruals, depreciation, intercompany reconciliations, and necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, and Budget Variance reports, to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

• Monitor cash flow closely, forecast financial needs, and allocate funds effectively to support business operations.

• Ensure timely and accurate submissions of GST filings, corporate tax returns, and compliance reports in alignment with IRAS and SFRS standards.

• Work with suppliers and bankers to address operational and banking requirements efficiently.

• Collaborate with external auditors, prepare detailed audit schedules, and ensure smooth audit processes.

• Develop robust internal controls, support accounting software integration, and ensure data accuracy while promoting cost-saving strategies and risk management practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting; prior experience in construction/automotive will have added advantage.

• Familiar with Accounting Software.

• Attention to detail.
