Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and driven Accounts Executive (AR) to report to the Senior Finance Manager. You will play a key role in managing daily accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all receivable processes.

Description

  • Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable operations in accordance with internal financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure the accurate and timely posting of receivables and customer payments
  • Prepare and issue customer account statements and payment reminders
  • Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and escalate collection issues when necessary
  • Analyze customer payment behavior and recommend actions to mitigate credit risk
  • Perform reconciliations of the AR ledger to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with operations and business teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in sales or supporting documents
  • Handle journal entries, reclassifications, and preparation of GL schedules
  • Generate periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) detailing AR status and collection activities
  • Support AR transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects
  • Assist with month-end closing, preparation of GST reports, and coordination of audit activities
  • Carry out other finance-related duties as assigned

Profile

  • 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
