Pharmaforte is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of receivables in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Job Description
Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Generate the AR aging report, follow-up with customers on the payment status of outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
Generate credit notes for goods returned by customers
Liaise with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare monthly AR reports and assist in financial closing activities.
Manage petty cash
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations (e.g., GST).
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Other accounting-related tasks and admin support
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess a good working attitude and willing to learn
Knowledge of local tax regulations (e.g., GST in Singapore) is an advantage.
