About the role

As the Accounts Executive (AP&AR) at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd, based in Tampines North East Region, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to contribute to the financial operations of a growing pest control services provider.

What you'll be doing

Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all financial transactions

Preparing and analysing financial reports, including aged receivables and payables

Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Providing administrative support to the finance team as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts payable and accounts receivable role, preferably in the service industry

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets and other financial management tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
