Responsibilities

  • Process employee claims and vendor payments timely.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring daily cash flow and bank balances.
  • Liaise with bank officers on foreign exchange and fixed deposit placements.
  • Support month-end closing activities including cash book and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare relevant AP and general ledger entries.
  • Resolve overseas payment issues and prepare remittance instructions.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks or reports assigned by your supervisor.

Description
