Job Title: Accounts Executive (Temp ‐ 6 months Contract)

Location: Tampines

Salary: $3000

Monday to Friday Office Hours

Job Description:

Accounts Payable

  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
  • Reconcile supplier statements; handle discrepancies and refunds.
  • Manage staff and travel claims, maintain supplier and contract records.
  • Monitor POs, cash projections, and foreign currency hedging.
  • Support new supplier registration and payment system updates.

Accounts Receivable

  • Issue invoices and credit notes; manage intercompany billing.
  • Track incoming payments and follow up on overdue amounts.
  • Prepare audit confirmations and aging reports.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders on billing.

Banking

  • Assist with daily bank-in and cashbook transactions.
  • Manage forex hedging, bank transfers, revaluation, and reconciliations.

Month-End Closing

  • Reconcile accounts, post accruals and journal entries.
  • Maintain fixed asset register and update movements.
  • Complete monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L).

GST

  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and reconciliations.
  • Compile and distribute monthly expenditure reports.

Annual Audit

  • Support audit processes and respond to tax queries.

Other Ad Hoc Duties

  • Handle admin tasks (e.g., GIRO forms, name card printing, termination letters).
  • Support inquiries and system testing.
