Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an individual for a 6-month contract role in Singapore. The position requires handling full sets of accounts including Accounts Receivable and Payable. Applicants should have at least a diploma in Accounting or equivalent and strong interpersonal skills. This role is based in Pioneer with transport provided from Jurong East and Boon Lay.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, and GL.
• Maintain and reconcile periodic schedules.

Overview

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Location: Pioneer (Transport provided at Jurong East & Boon Lay)

Experience in AR & AP is a must

6 months contract role only to cover maternity

Our client is a Netherlands MNC company specializing in piping and tube

Responsibilities

• Able to handle full set of accounts (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger)
• Maintain and reconciliation of periodic schedules
• Process and verify invoices and payments, post business transactions into ERP system
• Provide clerical support
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure the accuracy of documents to meet audit and tax purposes
• Other ad-hoc matters

Requirements

• At least diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous in work
