The role involves maintaining accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with policies. Job description

• 2 ways transport from Boon Lay, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in all accounting functions, including month-end and year-end closing, preparation of financial statements, accounts receivable/payable, expense verification, GST and tax submissions.

• Maintain records for receivables and payables, prepare payment vouchers, update billing and job costs, manage perpetual inventory records, and generate related reports.

• Maintain full sets of accounts, control petty cash, ensure alignment with book records, and monitor financial transactions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and liaise with banks, auditors, and tax agents on related matters.

• Handle accounts for subsidiaries and ensure timely submission of financial data and reports to the Head Office.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Accounting

• Min 2-3 years of working experience in Accounting

• Singaporean only
