Location: Near Jurong East MRT
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 am–6:30 pm (1 day WFH)
Salary: S$ 2,800 – 3,200 + VB

Role:
Support financial operations and supplier management for an interior design firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance in accounting and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue Invoices/ Receipts (BTS/ Xero) and manage petty cash
• Handle bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and audit prep
• Process ID/ supplier payments
• Source suppliers, update catalogues, and coordinate meetings
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks like showroom tours and process improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance.
• Proficient in Xero, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of GST/ audit practices; procurement experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in compliance.
• Interior Design/ Construction industry experience advantageous.
