Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accurate and complete records of daily financial transactions.
  2. Prepare and manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and necessary adjustments.
  3. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice generation, payment processing, and credit control.
  4. Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, petty cash, and corporate credit cards.
  5. Prepare and submit timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  6. Ensure accurate and punctual submission of GST (Goods and Services Tax) filings.
  7. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during year-end closing and statutory audits.
  8. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for financial and tax records.
  9. Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning.
  10. Review financial transactions for accuracy, authorization, and compliance with internal policies.
  11. Support cost control initiatives, financial analysis, and business decision-making.
  12. Manage the fixed asset register, including depreciation schedules and asset disposals.
  13. Liaise with government agencies, banks, suppliers, and clients on financial matters.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
