Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including the preparation and upkeep of financial records and reports.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements and management reports for internal use.
• Facilitate audit processes by preparing audit schedules and coordinating with external auditors.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing including CPF contributions, tax filings, and insurance matters.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor laws, and ensure compliance by integrating necessary changes into company procedures.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Human Resource or equivalent
